hello sir, my son is 11 months old and he has no tooth. is this a serious concern Or should I wait for some more time to get him tested? also what food should I give him as per his chewing capability?

A. some kids get their teeth and little late and you can wait till the age of 18 months for the first to erupt there is nothing to worry about you can give small bites of everything you make at home to your child
