hello sir, my son having 2.4 yr, physically too active. but he cant speaking.. but he is saying all d stuff what he getting from d mobile like rhymes, alphabets nombers up to 10 his own. but not calling mom and dad etc.. is there any problem?

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello avoid gadgets as it can delay speaking and some kids can have delay and try to give your child more opportunity and encourage your child to speak and if required check with your doctor and see if sppech therapy is required for the baby
