RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 months agoA. If your child isn’t speaking at all try to communicate more with your child otherwise by the age of 2 1/2 years if the child is not going to pick up on the speech then in that case you need to consult your doctor speech therapist you need to visit
