Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. not speaking.. does the baby speak basic words as papa mumma Dada.. if not consult the doctor, speech therapist.. encourage the baby.. keep questioning about everything and every time.. break the words and sentence and let baby repeat after you..
