hello sir my doughter completed 6 month today. so I want to know which type of food her helth in summer season.

A. Hi, as your baby has completed 6 months, you can start with weaning foods like rice water, dal water, porridge, homemade cerelac, fruit puree, vegetable puree, clear veg soup, smashed banana, boiled and smashed potato, etc along with breastfeeding. slowly introduce any new food, and check if any discomfort, allergy or intolerance slowly and gradually increase consistency of food. feed on regular intervals, maintain good hygiene, avoid force feeding and overfeeding.

A. hello mom As your baby has completed 6 months you can start with Semi solid diet which is very light and easy to digest you can start with moong ki daal ka pani dal rice Suji ki Kheer custard porridge mashed potatoes mashed fruits
