Hello sir ,my daughter is 5y 8 months old ,she always sneezing when she wake up and have cold continously,we try ayurvedic, homeopathic as well as allopathy treatment for that .she also have dry cough when she eat juicy fruits, cheeze, souce nd other milk products.

A. Hello dear parent! Increase vitamin c intake for your child. Regularly give steam inhalation to gradually reduce the discomfort. Avoid foods that have allergic reactions on your child. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. A good 10 minutes of sunlight exposure will help. Good luck and take care.
