Q.
Hello sir my daughter can't digest cow milk and powder milk. Is there anything I can substitute it like plant based milk. my daughter is 2 yrs and 8 months old and she is 10 kg and height is 88 CM. pls help me sir with the solution.

give weight gain foods as potato sweet potato ragi Dalia eggs banana dry fruits as cashew almond in paste or powdered form ghee butter cheese in moderate amount
