#asktheexperts can we give plant based milk to 4 years old. we are trying to avoid dairy products. please suggest plant based alternatives.

If you want to avoid dairy products it’s totally your choice there is no problem in that of course you can go ahead with plant-based food for your child you can prefer using soyi products for the child because this is the only best replacement to daily products
