Q.

hello sir, my baby is nearly 2 months old and her weight is 3.1kg, my doc said she is in under weight, need to increase her weight and gave a drop which should mix with breast milk n have to give to baby. but nowadays i am not getting milk not even a single drop. just feeding formula milk only. how can i increase my baby's weight n improve her immune system?

A. i used pump also. when i started to use, first time i got 20 ml of milk. then slowly reduced n now not getting single drop eventhough i express milk by using pump

A. Hello parent, Consider Supplementing If your baby's doctor thinks it's necessary, you may have to supplement your baby with additional feedings of either pumped breast milk or infant formula. You can also try to pump and separate your foremilk from your hindmilk. Hindmilk is higher in fat and calories, which can help your baby gain more weight.
