Q.

hello sir my baby is 2.11 she speaks watever I will show in books or In daily things but she doesn't want to communicate she even not responding her name also if j will say any song than she is completing my song but she doesn't want to reply about susu potty or food....she repeats me alot but doesn't want to communicate she smells many things which has some smells like banana powder...pls guide me

A. Ok . So don’t worry these things are normal once your child starts going to school things will become better with time because when your child will be with a lot of kids she learnt to communicate well also it is just a phase it will pass

A. mam she doesn't respond her name with all the time or by others if I will call by her name she responds me

A. Hello ma’am Everything is fine but not responding to the name is a very clear sign for delayed age growth or autism so I would advise you to consult a child specialist and a child psychologist ones regarding the same as they would be the right people to guide you over this issue and you would also come to know all the reasons behind why all these things are happening and accordingly whatever is needed can be suggested to you
