Q.

my daughter is 2 years 10 months ...she speaks everyday new words but she doesn't want to communicate much with me... watever I will say she will repeat...she is making 2 words sentence. but not telling everytime...and the most important thing is she jumps alot whenever she get excited she jumps is this a sign of autism....she knows a to z many poems counting watever I will teach she will learn quickly but she doesn't want to communicate pls reply
