Q.

Hello sir!!My baby does not want to eat dal Roti and doodh Roti in the dinner.She prefers sweet items.But sweet is not good for everyday meal. What should I do?

A. sometimes being strict is needed. You just need to give your baby proper nutritious diet which includes more of green leafy vegetables sprouted grains and cereals and fruits along with proper liquid intake which will help your baby develop soon

A. hi dear Yes it's safe . Mine is 1 year old baby and I give her (dudh-roti) chapati soaked in milk. Mash it well then feed your baby.While all babies may grow at a different rate, the following is the average for boys and girls 7 to 9 months of age: Weight: average gain of 1 pound each month; boys usually weigh about ½ pound more than girls; 2 times the birth weight by 4 to 5 months and 3 times the birth weight by 1 year.
