Hello sir My baby 23 months old. From today loose motion ho raha hai.10 minutes ke Andre 10 bar ho gaya. What to do?

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomaewtic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
