hello sir mera 18 days pahle C section hua h or m baby ko breast feeding karti hu or mujhe week ness fell hoti h to m diet m kya kya le sakti hu

A. You can have good healthy food like dal, daliya, suji, dry fruits, seasonal vegetables. Avoid chole, rajma or oily food. You can add desi ghee in food. Have your supplements well. Tale protein powder with milk
