Hello Sir/Mam My Child is now 3 years 7 months old. he eats everything but His weight not increase. He is 13 and half Kg. Is it ok for him or not.

It’s Definitely less according to the age but I can tell you if your child is eating so well yet not gaining weight that can probably indicate that the body is not accepting the food in a manner where it should have been so it would be advisable for you as of now to consult your paediatrician ones
