Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi good morning babies get such problem mostly because of viral gastroenteritis so first I advise to keep him well Hydrated prepare food items which is easily digestible and add herbal supplements like ginger, fennel, cloves etc in it
