Hello sir, I have 2 year 3 month daughter .her all activities are normal. she takes also all types of foods. But she has not sleep well day & night .please tell me what can i do.

have a fixed sleep schedule
Avoid naps that are too late in the day
let your child anticipate sleep by quiet activity 1 to 1/2 an hour before sleep time
relaxing bath, stories dim light
