A. Namaste Mom, Babies around this age can be given semi solid and mashed consistency foods as such , where in you can give them - Steamed vegetables /Soups - fresh fruits - juice /pulp form - Home made cerelac mix - suji / ragi porridge - kichidi/dal - rice - curds
