Hello sir, healthy diet for schedule plzzz

A. hi mom give most of the foods cooked in kitchen give good proteins like dals , eggs , chicken, paneer ,soya curds, tofu add a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits add nuts powder in milk

A. Hi mom Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur baby Give all that you cook for ur family. Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc as balanced diet
