Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy7 months agoA. Hai good morning !! As baby is 7 months old feed semi solids twice a day mid morning and evening.
Fruit and vegetable puriees,mashes,cerealc,porridges,kichdi,idly,dalia are suggested but check suitability of every new food item..
Give plain food without salt,sugar,oil,honey only use ghee or unsalted butter.
