Q.

hello sir, can I give my twin babies soft food now they are 5 and half months they rejected my breast milk since 3 months, so am giving lactogen 1 recently because nan pro 1 is costly they got huge apetite, they finish one pack of milk in a day or two days, so please sir what type of soft food can I give ? now combined with lactogen as well

A. Weaning has three stages in which it can be started . stage 1 consists of introduction of liquids and solid food which shall be done at 5 to 6 months of age and needs to be started gradually step by step . stage 2 consistcs of more textured and new tastde to baby by 7 months of age stage 3 in which a more variety of food can be started by 9-12 months of age...
