Q.

hello mam please I have jus few questions related to my twin babies born at 34 weeks one was 1.4kg and 2.1kg but they have added much weight now, they also refused breast milk so I had to give nan pro 1 it was so costly so we switched to lactogen because they finish one pack of milk in two days they got huge apetite now they are in 5 and half months what type of soft food can I give mam?????? added with lactogen too

A. Weight gain in a child is a good indicator for proper health of the child and there should be a regular weight gain as per the age of the child. if there is not a proper weight gain it can be because of many factors and three most important causes are Baby not taking enough calories Baby is not absorbing the enough calories which the bfyaby is taking Baby is burning too many calories . So a proper assessment is very important to know the cause recgarding this .
