Q.

Hi sir I have twin boys and they are 104 days old, shall I start any solid food for them. Now they had mother's milk and formula milk.

A. dear parent, solid foods should not be started at the age of 104 days. solid foods should be introduced only after completion of 6 months. baby's digestive system is not mature till 6 months.
