Q.

Hello , pls give some gud diet chart for my 2.9 years boy. his weight is 12.5 .only.. pls suggest how to gain weight.

A. dear Mum, for your 2.9 years old child, give all the foods that are prepared in the house give five meals this includes two healthy snacks give more than One Katori every time the meals should be wholesome having a variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much if your baby is active and having food properly and also add eggs chicken cheese ragi porridge soaked nuts fresh fruits and vegetables and dairy products in diet along with home made food which you are making for other family members. Also give baby food in every three to four hours. Take care
