hello. periods agi 50days aguthu. pregnancy test positive.but I have tiredness only.not vomitting . sometimes have nausea only.urine is very dark yellow and urine chocolate smelling.any problem aguma

A. Dark yellow could mostly be due to dehydration you need to consume good amount of liquids and water and I think low energy is also also because of dehydration only and also also I would suggest you to oncologist if she would want to help with some supplements to start with
