hi, I had a positive pregnancy test,and in ultrasound it's showing only gestational sac and yok sac. since I had irregular periods am not sure about LMP. still i have symptoms like tiredness , sore breast and nausea, is there a possibility of miscarriage? I didn't had any bleeding till now
