Q.

Hello, Myself Simmy I have currently suffering a situation my period is not started in previous month and also this month. I have checked a pregnancy test 2 times after delay periods for 5 and 11 days after my menstrual cycle but result is negative. My menstrual cycle is 32 days. So what should can I do? today is 44 days delay.

A. you're period date is being missed and you are confirmed that it is not pregnancy. Then you can wait for 10 days more for your periods to come naturally even if after that ,no periods then you can take medications for your periods to come. or do a sonography
