Q.

Hello.. my son is having mild cold and he is due for 14th week vaccination. I heard that vaccination should not be given when the baby is having cold. please let me know if I can take my son for vaccination? Thanks

A. Thanks Sushma and Dr. I checked with motherhood hospital over phone they said if the baby is having cold or fever they will not do vaccination. so got confused. Any idea why hospitals says they cant give vaccination when baby is having fever or cold. just wanted to know.

A. if your child is having cold so if the child you for the vaccination you can still give the vaccination to a child it is not a contraindication for not giving the vaccine

A. Hello mam the babies do not give medicine when baby is having cold so take one more week time and then give the message that is okay to deliver one week off instead of taking when baby is having coldWrite Your Answer Here
