Q.
Hello My Son is 7 months old. We travelled Rajasthan 1 week ago for 1 week. after returning he is not eating anything and having continuous loose motions. He got rashes also on his hips and near pelvis area, applied rash cream also but due to frequent use wipes it's not getting cured. Any remedy or suggestion for the situation?

Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables protein rich nutritious food
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Take a good care of your baby
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Wash area often with lukewarm water
