hello..my son is 5month old.. can I start with mashed black rice ..? on daily basis..?

A. dear mum, you should not give mashed black rice to your baby until the completion of 6 months. you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.
