hello my son is 4month old and and he is having problem that his eyes is leking and some water and sticky thing is coming out plzz help me out

Its Mostly due to tear duct block which is common at this age so what you can do it as of now either do a gentle massage on the nose of the child in between the eyes area that is going to help in opening of the tear duct blockage else you can consult your doctor as well once
