Q.

Hello.. My son is 3yr old.Still he can't speak fluently. Means by his own. Whatever I say he used to repeat the word and some time sentences. But whenever he need some thing he ll show by sign or irritate .Sometimes I feel, he know everything but he ll not speak!

A. you need to talk more with . Language can be improved by speaking more with baby in palyfull manner in which baby will learn also . And also it is advisable to make baby speak more and ful fill baby demand only when baby will speak . Can also consult speech therapist .
