Hello, My son is 3 yrs old, he had vomiting on Sunday, after that after having food everyday he complains of stomach ache regularly, it would last untill he goes to poty n sometimes it comes to and fro goes.. but everyday after having meal he complains of pain wt might be reason for it, any home remedy pls Thankyou
