hello my son is 3.5 year old he is speaking very less for an example. mummy give me water i need water this kind of sentences.does he need speach therapy or i have to wait for some time ?

A. what is the The Count of his vocabulary words ?if he is absolutely not speaking and only indicating towards that I he wants then you need to check with your speech therapist otherwise just keep encouraging some babies can I speak up a little late

A. hello mam he can speak more than 1000 word and he can speak sentance from combining 3 words

Q. #AskTheExpert My baby is 1 year 11 months old. he is not speaking. he saying mom, dada sometimes 1, 2, 3. But he is not making any sentences. he rarely speaks. if he need water, he just give me his water bottle for water but not saying I need water. similarly for food, play things, TV etc he understands and do what are saying.
