Hello! my son is 2 years 6months old he refused to eat...I have tried everything but nothing works.Is there any medicine to increase appetite?

Sometimes this kind of a behaviour can be seen when a child starts to have a free molar sometimes it could probably be due to deficiency of iron in the body so I would suggest you to check for both the things and just to be on the safer side would advise you to start giving an iron supplement as well to your child
