hello...my son 2.6 Yr old last 2 days se usko fever h n v r giving dolopar 250 suspension n uska temp max 100.6 h no cough no cold all activities are normal but fevr jb tk medicine ka asar rehta h tb tk hota h than phr chd jada h... aj 3rd day h fever ko ....plz suggest some guidance...thanks
