hello my little girl is 13 month old her weight is 6.50 as per her age her weight below average she eats everything I used to serve still there is no progress

she is achieving every milestone according to age
even prediction says she is so sharp according to her age
only issue is she is under weight

What is baby's birth weight..?
Observe if baby is active,achieving all milestones, weight gain rate .
Consult paediatrician as you have mentioned baby's diet is good check vitamin ,mineral test any deficiency might also cause delayed growth.
