Baby's intake less portion so include protein, carbohydrates,high calorie , vitamin and minerals for overall development.
Breakfast - Cereals based(millet/grains)/egg
Lunch /dinner - Rice/roti with dal/vegetables, paneer/egg/meat with vegetables soups or salads.
Mid morning/evening snacks with dry fruits and nuts, salads, fruits juices (without Sugar),milk shakes.
Twice a day milk for Calcium and Bones strength.
Banana, apple, potato, beans, Dal, ghee, cheese, butter, curd, paneer, egg, dry fruits, meat, soya helps in increasing baby's weight.
