Hello my dctr is 1 year 4 months old and she is waking up in the middle of the night? May I know the reason and tips to solve this prblm

A. can be hunger or even pain due to colic . good sleep is a must for overall brain development of the baby . To give sound sleep to baby make sure the room is dark and quiet . Baby should not be hungry at bed time and also you can rock or swing baby to put to sleep .

It What is the normal thing kids normally wake up to take a feed in the middle of the night same reason only so this is what you can do is you can feed milk to the child half an hour prior that your child want to sleep because this way your child stomach is going to be free and instead of breastfeeding the child you should go ahead with giving formula milk or any other milk that you prefer giving
