Hello my daughter now 6 mnth old and i wnt loose my postpartum weight loss

A. To reduce weight after delivery, include protein and fiber rich foods in the diet alongwith plenty of fluids. Limit intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Keep doing skin toning exercises like jogging, brisk walking, cycling, skipping, breathing and Yogasanas. Drinking warm jeera Or lemon water in the morning daily will help too.
