Hello, my daughter is now 7 months old she has constipation, plz suggest me what I do.

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy2 years agoA. Hai good afternoon !! After introducing semi solid foods constipation is common, don't worry.
Do tummy massage apply warm coconut oil or castor oil gently massage for 10 minutes in clockwise direction with fingertips.
Give papaya, pear and Apple puriees, Mashed banana these are fibre foods which helps in constipation.
