Q.

hello... my daughter is going to be 11 years in September but she got her first period last month. that was only spots and for one day only. Is it right age for periods? and only for one day. plz suggest. thank you

A. It's totally normal to have periods. But you need to be very careful to understand your baby, as she may get irritated few times and you should explain about the things very well.
