Q.

I had verginal delivery on September 11, after I had period on October 18, but after that still now I doesn't have periods, Is it normal doctor ..??

A. Yes, it is normal and sometimes especially when you’re breast-feeding your baby you may not get your cycles for 6 to 12 months. It is still considered as normal but you have to keep using contraception to avoid accidental pregnancy even if your periods don’t come. Write Your Answer Here

A. Hi mommy It’s all normal and common due to hormone changes Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
