hello, my daughter is about to turn 4 months old. Can I start giving water to her ?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear parent, you should not give water to your baby at the age of 4 months. water should be given only after completion of 6 months. until then you should exclusively breastfeed. breast milk fulfils your baby's hydration needs till 6 months.
