Hello, my daughter is about 1 year 9 months old, she speaks atleast 25 meaningful words, she understands everything but speaks in babbling way.Do I worry about this?

No it seems very good as of now you just need to communicate more with your child so that your child learns better try to teach a child to connect to words to frame a sentence your child is going to do good this way because it is just a matter of time that your child picks up better right now it is pretty good
