Hello My daughter is 4 yr old her facial skin don’t look clean, there are tiny bumps on her face,red skin,don’t look like a baby skin. What to do???? Please help somebody which soap cream to apply? Right now m using mama earth products. Please please please help

Hello ma’am For the time being do not apply any product onto your child’s face because the most sensitive skin is there on the face only so instead of going for any home remedy or any sofa search would advise you to consult a dermatologist ones for a proper check up and the doctor only can tell you what is wrong and what else do you need to do for the same
