Hello ....my daughter is 2 months & 13 days old as I am breastfeeding mother do i eat egg???

Hello ma’am If you had a normal delivery then you can have an egg full egg if you want to it’s not necessary that you have To have egg white only you can have yellow as that’s much more healthier and in rich in protein so have a full egg if you want to apart from that if you had a C-section then wait for three months because certain times such heavy protein and body kind cannot digest so just completely depends on the kind of delivery you had
