hello... my daughter is 10mnths old... she has a 102 fever... wht should i do plz tel me knw... i gve hr paracetamol bt she immediately vomit.... plz let me know wht should i do

A. bt she only vomating after give her paracetamol

A. you have to first stop vomiting by giving the vomiting medicine and after 1 hour give only simple diet and then give paracetamol to decrease the fever. . . .
