Q.

Hello , my daughter is 10 months 29 days old .. I m new mom my daughter schedule 9 -00 - wake up having milk ( 60-90 ml ) cow’s millk 10 : am having bf ( parantha, cerelac , chilla) 11 :00 take a nap 12 : 00 pm bath 2pm lunch ( rice curd , parantha, dal rice ) 3:00 pm sleep 6 pm - milk ( 60- 90 ml ) 7 ( any fruit) 9:pm diner ( roti , rice, parantha) 10-11pm sleep thn again wake up at 9:am .. no milk (whole night from the day 1)m I doing correct? Should I need to add something

A. yes, all okay.. keep offering new food. You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli... Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge adding fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana... Give wheat Dalia adding veggies. curd rice, curd roti(soaked), Daal roti(mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies..
