hello my boy 20 months old is very active he understands he plays with ball even plays with his toys now he is doing eye contact but when we call his name he don't respond I don't know what is the problem

A. Hello, your baby boy is 20 months old and he is playing well and understands properly but doesn’t respond to his name then you should get his hearing test with ENT specialist
